  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Although, we automatically email our customers their tracking numbers, and details of order, immediately you purchase your wigs and there after, and another way you can track your order is to click on TRACK YOUR ORDER and fill in the information.

    CAN'T FIND MY DESIRED COLOR ON YOUR COLOR CHART, HOW DO I STATE THE COLOR(S) I WANT? 

    When adding an item on your cart, there will be a space for additional information, you should tell us exactly how you want it and you can also upload picture references. 
  • DOES THE DISPLAYED SAMPLE WIGS ONLY COMES WITH THE DISPLAYED VIRGIN HUMAN LACE? No, all wigs can actually be made on a half lace closure(2*4), full lace closure(4*4), full ear to ear frontal (13*4), and 360 lace frontal.
  • DOES THE DISPLAYED PRODUCT ONLY COMES WITH THAT PARTING OR STYLE? No, all our wigs can be styled with different partings, but you will get most styles, pony tail and parting options using the 360 lace frontal, get more styles and parting options using the lace frontal and get some styles and partings using the closure.
  • WHAT DOES HIGHLIGHT MIXED COLORS MEANS? It means you want a plain or mixed colored braids on almost the whole of your wig, but you want a very little amount of a different color of braids on the wig. Most people prefer the highlights at the front of the wig on one side.
  • WHAT DOES 2 TONE COLOR MEANS? It means you want a different color to start your braids and end with another different color.
  • HOW DO I DETERMINE MY WIG CAP SIZE? All of our wigs comes with an elastic band that fits most head sizes. Also, there are options for you to add extra bands and combs on your wig. But, if you want to be sure and accurate about getting your perfect size, please, refer to our (link) WIG CAP SIZE section under PRODUCT DETAILS, for full details of how to get your head measured.
  • I MEASURED MY HEAD AND IT FALLS IN BETWEEN 2 SIZES. WHICH DO I PICK? I’ll advice you pick the higher size because your wig naturally comes with an elastic adjustable band to fit most head sizes.
  • I RECEIVED MY WIG BUT IT’S NOT STRAIGHT, HOW DO I FIX THIS? Due to the fact that we packed the wig before it got to you, it’s normal for your wig to be in that condition. However, it will stretch back ones taken out of the box. But if you don’t seem satisfied with it, refer to our WIG MAINTENANCE section under PRODUCT DETAILS , for more information about how to care for your braided wig when new.

     

  • HOW LONG DOES THIS WIG LAST FOR? The life span of the wig will depend on how you use and care for your wig with the type of product you use on it and how often you wear it. It life span can last for 18-30 months or more. Please refer to WIG MAINTENANCE section under PRODUCT DETAILS for details of how to maintain your wig.
  • CAN I WASH MY WIGS? Yes, you can. Please, refer to WIG MAINTENANCE under PRODUCT DETAILS for more information.
  • HOW DO I DETERMINE THICKNESS AND DENSITY I WANT COMPARED TO THE MODEL ON YOUR PAGE? Please refer to our DENSITY & THICKNESS SECTION, under PRODUCT DETAILS.
  • DO YOU BLEACH YOUR KNOTS? Yes, all of our knots are bleached. But if you don’t want your’s bleached, you should leave a note underneath your order. It comes free with your order.
  • DO YOU SHIP TO SPECIFIC COUNTRIES ALONE? No, we ship worldwide.
  • HOW DO I DETERMINE THE LENGHT? Lengths are sectioned into ranges. An example, (11-14)inches shoulder length, simply means if your wig falls between that length, then, you have chosen the shoulder length. Please, refer to LENGTH under the PRODUCT DETAILS section. Write a note underneath your order for your desired length not included on our length chart.
  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Some wigs are already made and ready to be shipped, while others are customized ordered wigs.

We have several shipping options you could pick from to destinations worldwide. Within the USA could take between 2-5 days and international shipment could take between 3-7 days. Once you select the wig you want to purchase from the shopping cart, you will see the time frame(s) available for your destination. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

IF YOU PAID FOR A CUSTOMIZED WIG, THIS IS FOR YOU. PLEASE READ;

Their are 2 timing involved when you pay for your customized wig.

Production Time; usually takes between (3-5)weeks. Based on the fact that all our wig are HANDMADE not MACHINE MADE, we make sure all orders are seamless and we follow through with every process of the wig in order to satisfy our customers. NOTE! It could be more based on uncontrollable factors.

Shipping Time; We have several shipping options you could pick from to destinations worldwide. Within the USA could take between 2-5 days and international shipping could take between 3-7 days. Once you select the wig you want to purchase from the shopping cart, you will see the time frame(s) available for your destination. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

Deliveries would need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection.

NOTE! SHIPPING TIME IS DIFFERENT FROM PRODUCTION TIME.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may take between 3-7 business days. Customs and import duties & fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Deliveries would need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY WIG AFTER SHIPMENT?

Once your tracking number has been sent to the email address you provided, you can track your package through USPS. If no information is coming up, please wait 24-48 hours before tracking online.

 

MY ITEM HAS BEEN STOLEN, DO I GET ANOTHER OR A REFUND?

NO.

In the rare occasion where a customer believes their item may have been subject to theft from their mail box or otherwise, after it has been delivered, we strongly suggest you contact the local authorities for this matter. Expresswigbraids will not be considered responsible for this issue and therefore will not issue refunds, exchanges or re-send a new item to customer due to previous fraudulent attempts of this kind in the past.

For items lost in transit and not yet delivered, we strongly suggest you contact your local post office regarding the current location of your item. We may also contact the post office to track your item and resolve this problem on your behalf.

For items marked as "Undeliverable as addressed' or "Wrong Address provided" or Several failed attempts for delivery: Customer may be charged an additional shipping fee in order to re-ship the item.

 

I’LL LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

At Express Wig Braids, customer's satisfaction is our major priority. We make sure all wig are thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, which are handmade customized wigs, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

Express wig braids will not accept any return or exchange in a situation where the wig already seemed to be used or damaged by the customer and also where the package wasn’t returned the exact way the wig was bonded together as you received it in our package bag.

Express wig braids will agree to exchange any purchased wig wrongfully sent to you for another product of an equal value or offer a refund if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.

Express wig braids will only be responsible for the shipment fee you  incurred in returning back the wig to us, if after examining your case file, we are at fault of sending you a wrong item.

We must receive and inspect the order by matching it with all initial visual recordings of how the wig was before we sent it to you and in what state we received it for confirmation before an exchange or  a refund can be made.

NOTE! Customers should contact us first for an order which is eligible to be returned and should be returned through the same postal service that we used in sending your order.

Express wig braids will not be responsible in a situation where you no longer want your order after specifically placing an order for customization, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, Express wig braids reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
