This Order Confirmation and Customer Acknowledgment Policy (“Policy”) applies to all custom orders and ready to ship orders placed through www.expresswigbraids.com (“Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order and completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full. Otherwise, please do not order.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION REVIEW REQUIREMENT 

All customers are required to carefully review the full product description of the selected style before placing an order.

Product descriptions are located:

  • On mobile devices: directly beneath the product images by scrolling down the page after the add to cart button.
  • On desktop devices: on the right-hand side of the product image section

The product description contains the exact specifications used to create the displayed style, including but not limited to color, length, hair type, texture, and material type. Also, most styles are displayed in full density unless otherwise specified in the description.

2. CUSTOM ORDER VARIATION DISCLAIMER
All custom orders are made according to the specific selections chosen by the customer at checkout.

If any selected options differ from the specifications used in the displayed product image, the final result will not be identical to the website image.

Customers acknowledge that the product image represents a specific configuration, and any deviation in selected options will result in a variation in appearance.

3. EXAMPLES OF EXPECTED VARIATIONS

To ensure clarity, the following examples and others illustrate how custom selections affect the final outcome:

  • Color Variation:
    If the product image description specifies 1B natural black, but the customer selects another color (e.g., brown, blonde, or burgundy), the final product will have a different appearance from the displayed image.
  • Length Variation:
    If the displayed style shows waist-length, but the customer selects bra-length, the proportions, fullness, and overall look will differ from the image shown.
  • Hair Type Variation:
    If the product description indicates a synthetic bohemian style, but the customer selects human hair, the texture, curl pattern, and overall finish will differ significantly from the displayed product.
  • Lace Material Variation:                            if the product description indicates any of the full lace options, but the customer selects (4 by 4) closure or (13 by 4) or (13 by 6) frontal, the back of the wig will not be covered with lace or look like a 360 wig. Also, this will affect the weight/density as more braids will be required to be added around the back of the wig for more coverage. It’s better to order any of the full lace options if you are weight conscious and want a full 360 coverage.

Because each wig is constructed based on selected custom options, even small changes may result in noticeable differences from the original listing image.

4. COLOR AND LIGHTING DISCLAIMER

Customers acknowledge that product images may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, including natural sunlight, indoor lighting, or screen display settings.

As a result, slight variations in color tone may occur between the image shown online and the final product received.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND PRE-ORDER INQUIRY

  • They are unsure about which options to select
  • They require clarification regarding color, length, or material
  • They want confirmation of how a specific customization will affect the final look

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all selected options match their intended design outcome.

6. READY-TO-SHIP ORDER

Ready-to-ship wigs are sold exactly as displayed on the Site.

These items:

  • Are not subject to customization
  • Are shipped in the exact style, color, length, and material shown in the product image and description
  • Will not be altered prior to shipment

7. BINDING AGREEMENT

By completing checkout and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the full product description
  • You understand that custom selections may alter the final appearance of the product
  • You accept that any deviation from the displayed product specifications will result in differences from the product image
  • You agree that this Policy forms part of your binding purchase agreement

     

  • All completed orders are processed solely based on the information, customization selections, and specifications submitted by the customer through our website at the time of purchase, together with any additional written instructions sent to us by email within 24 hours of placing the order. If a customer receives a custom order that differs from expectations based on preferences, requests, or specifications that were not communicated to us in writing within the required 24hour period, Express Wig Braids shall not be responsible or liable for those undisclosed expectations. We are only responsible for producing the order according to the information provided and confirmed by the customer.

  • Accordingly, orders will not be eligible for a return, refund, exchange, or remake due to instructions, preferences, or expectations that were not communicated to us within the applicable timeframe.

  • Express Wig Braids expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable federal and state laws of the United States in the event of any dispute, chargeback, or legal claim arising from an order processed in accordance with the customer’s submitted specifications

     

This Policy is legally binding to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws of the United States.
