DELIVERY POLICY

Express Wig Braids provides free shipping services for US & CANADA orders over $200 

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + DELIVERY TIME

Processing time for our braided wigs varies based on different products. See more details below;

  • Orders In Stock: usually ships within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment before 2PM CST same day. At most 1-3 working days processing time due to delay in some payment clarification/confirmation. Your total delivery time is based on the shipping option you have selected in addition to our processing time.
  • Customized Orders: will take between (15-24) working days processing time. Based on the fact that all our wigs are HANDMADE not MACHINE MADE, we make sure all orders are seamless and we follow through with every process of the wig in order to satisfy our customers. NOTE! It could be more based on uncontrollable factors. Your total delivery time is based on the option you have selected in addition to our processing time.

NOTE: It could take in total 1-3 business days to process all orders in stock, after confirming your payment. For example, if overnight shipping is selected, allow 1-3 business days to process the order before it is shipped out. Therefore, orders placed for example 3 day shipping may be received within 6 days because of the 1-3 business days needed for processing your order. Reason is because We have to confirm payment receipt before shipping out your order. Regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

Free Shipping: for orders above $200 on the website includes FREE standard shipping only within the United States & Canada. Your orders are shipped from our factory located in either Georgia(USA), New-York(USA), Boston(USA) or Africa.

Multiple Items: orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively. (Except you email us on time to have them shipped together).

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION:  

  • If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing.
  • We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. If your package was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed and also if you require us to ship it again, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. Also, you will not be reimbursed for an abandoned shipment. 
  • All of our deliveries requires you signing for them, like DHL, USPS or UPS. Deliveries would need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection on time. Please contact your local postal service. We won't be responsible for theft of your package if you instruct them to leave your parcel in front of your door or courtyard.
  • If you cannot provide a genuine means of identification in a situation where you don't want your package delivered to your credit/debit card address, then we strictly advise that YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME AS YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.
  • In rare occasion where a customer believes their item may have been subject to theft from their mail box or otherwise, after you gave instructions to the postal service to drop it somewhere for you, we strongly suggest you contact the local authorities for this matter. Expresswigbraids will not be considered responsible for this issue and therefore will not issue refunds, exchanges or re-send a new item to any customer. That is why we paid extra for the postal service to have our customers sign for their package.
  • For items lost in transit and not yet delivered, we strongly suggest you contact your local post office regarding the current location of your item. We may also help to contact the post office to track your item and resolve this problem on your behalf.
  • When checking out with paypal, make sure an up to date verified paypal address is used. 
  • For items marked as "Undeliverable as addressed" or "Wrong Address provided" or "Several failed attempts for delivery": Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee in order to re-ship the package.
  • We reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us.
NOTE! In order to avoid fraud, further documentation or forms of identification may be requested to process your order.

    Risk of Loss: once packages are picked up from our office by the carrier, the risk of loss is passed on to the customer. Express Wig Braids is not liable for any packages that do not get delivered to customer because we paid extra for all packages to be signed by the recipient. If requested, we will contact the carrier and assist the customer with finding the package. Express Wig Braids is not liable and will not refund any transaction due to lost or stolen packages.

    IF YOU PAID FOR A WIG IN STOCK, THIS IS FOR YOU. PLEASE READ; It will take 1-3 working days processing time before shipping your order. We have several shipping options you could pick from to destinations worldwide. Also, if your wig qualifies for a free shipping, it will be automatically applied. You can track your package through United State Postal Service (USPS), DHL, or UPS. We will always update from time to time for any additional carrier used. If you have just received your tracking number, please allow some time before you can see information about the shipment online. Once you select the wig you want to purchase from the shopping cart, you will see the time frame(s) available for your destination, also depends on your selected option. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched (also check your spam box). Or track your order here.

    IF YOU PAID FOR A CUSTOMIZED WIG, THIS IS FOR YOU. PLEASE READ; There are 2 timing involved when you pay for your customized wig;

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    Customs and import duties & fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Deliveries would need to be signed for except on holidays. Once you miss the postal service for deliveries, items will be sent back to your local postal for collection. Please, contact them.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. Customer assumes the responsibility to check with his/her customs office to verify whether his/her country permits the shipment of purchased products. Express Wig Braids is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arises from improper international shipping practices.
